Membership in the Organization shall be open to all Barbadians and USA residents who are members of a registered Barbadian Association in the following categories.

General Membership: Any Barbadian association or Barbadian group which is state registered and is interested in furthering the objectives of the Organization, and which has paid annual dues as specified by the Board of Directors of the Organization, shall be a General Member.

Associate Membership: Any individual who subscribes to the objectives of the Organization, may at the discretion of the Board of Directors, become an Associate Member.
